A group of gangs plans to commit a terrorist act against the Capitol and are armed with extremely heavy weaponry. Law Enforcement and the Military has received an advanced tip and fortify the area 10 minutes prior. The gangs have a mission by an unknown Foreign Spy to kill the Governor, with a 1 Million Bounty on his head. The Gangs Move in at (time will be decided later) and must eliminate any law enforcement at the Capitol. The Legal Orgs must evacuate the civillians from the capitol before the terrorists storm the Capitol, to secure the area. Once the attack starts, the Terrorists have 30 minutes to kill the Governor who will be in an unlocked room somewhere in the Capitol. If the Gangs are unsuccessful at killing the Governor, the Law Enforcement Agency’s will seize the 1 Million for themselves. During this event the Green Zone will be turned off to allow the attack.

- IC Story: The Governor has recently started to pass legislation called the RICO Act that would harshly punish the gangs. The gang leaders got a tip about this legislation from a corrupt unknown source. The Gangs decided to join forces and storm the Capitol during the vote of the Bill. The Law Enforcement Agency’s Confidential Informant received intelligence from inside an unknown gang about the plan, and informs the FIB. The Building was put on strict lockdown, and Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies are currently protecting the Capitol Building. Any Breaking Developments will be announced soon.
