2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Experience: Lifeinvader has always been an interesting part of my journey in city 3, I had a dream of working in this organization for a long time and when my application got accepted , I literally jumped. As days went by I climbed ranks in Lifeinvader gaining experience while having tons of fun. When I reached senior ads, I decided to become a HR as I saw many people doing wrong ads which they still do but better than before, and started working for HR for approximately 2 terms and continuing, climbed ranks within the department from working and now I've reached the goal of Head of Department for now. After reaching my goal position, I decided to Triple hat Journalism/Creative deaparemnt as a way of gathering knowledge and having fun. I would say I worked in those department long for to understand the rules and how the things work in those department from talent show to interviews to article. Now pretty much getting an experience of all departments, I have multiple plans and ideas which can improve the organization overall, So to make these changes myself I decided to apply for the leader of lifeinvader.
2. Vision for the Organization: Being a part of LifeInvader for such a long time and gaining experience has encouraged me to apply for the positon of Leader. Regarding leading this organization, I have multiple ideas or changes that I will implement on Lifeinvader to raise it back to its glory like it was and make working at Lifeinvader chill and enjoyable again. Regarding the department, generally nowadays people are only interested in Ads Department and only a small group of people are interested to work in either creative or journalism team which later results in the shortage of crew and in cameramen in talent shows or a shortage of articles and interviews, and if we talk about interviews, there are not many of them that people really enjoy watching. To ensure activities in these department i will apply several plans and ideas basically ideas of events such as small or medium events in a week 3 times and new kinds of article will be introduced to the public of Los santos, Interviews will not be that boring sitting at one place type but rather be interactive so that the crowd watching the interview feels incluced. Overall my major plan is to make this organization all macho again.
3. Guidance/ Interaction with employees: Many times while working in Lifeinvader I have noticed some of the employee wether it be Ads/Creative/Journalism left unoticed and when they need help for anything , the department directors are either busy or the Ceo dose not respond to them, ensuring that working in Hr has taught me a great way to interact with employee and how to guide them properly while deliverying top quality guidance along with a polite way to talking towards them. Generally from what I have noticced, Many DDs force there employees to attened an event while giving them warinings such as "you will be suspended" "you will receive a strike, directly from the starting and these things usually bring the morals of the employees down and later, they end up resigning. I will ensure that this type of conduct would not happen and I know that a employee of a specific department needs to attened events but sometimes have some problems which needed to be understood by the DDs. Basically I will emplement a postive nature throughout Lifeinvader.
Departments
1. Advertisement Department (Ads)
This department is basically one of the major departments of Lifeinvader as pretty much the everyday work of Lifeinvader depends on this department and their employees. The main task of this department is to edit advertisements in the form of raw messages sent by clients and edit them into the proper desirable format.
The issue as of now in this department is that , the PDA floods quite frequently and it is not the best thing, generally the issue lies in the amount of applicants which apply but only a handful get into the organization and as you know we do have quite a bit of shortage of HRs as we need Senior ads to become an HR and generally from my experience of HR, I see the same faces at top 2 most of the time and we do not get senior ads, I would like to tinger with that rule a bit as to ensure I see new faces and more senior ads to both fullfill Highcommand in the Ads/Hr as we are falling short by a lot of amount. As per to increase activtity in the ads department, Basically for now both at night and morning , we need to make the people active as per we need to implement a bit of strictness not some rigid stuff and for night, a special bonus should be awarded to the person who does the most amount of Ads and this will work from my point of view as where there is money there are people.
2. Creative Department ( C.T)
This department helps in conducting the Talent show every two weeks and other things such as business templates, CNNs , small/medium/large events and broadcast related to certain events. In this department creativity is the main thing, which results in awesome events and talent show, but from a few days there has been less events and other remeberable shows. My ideal thought to make this department live again is to atleast make sure there are 3 events of any category such as small/medium/large taking place within a week, I know this may sound like too much but , also for ideas we can conduct an session with all Lifeinvader employees no matter which department and also we can make a broadcast regarding this if possible and note the ideas of citizens also in notepad and later if allowed, used in the future as a show or an event. Over all this department from my pov and experience lacks event ideas and other things which I can try or give my best to fullfill it to be
running like the old days.
3. Journalism Department ( J.T)
This department ensures that the citizen gets all the update about what happens in the such as Gun strore robbery/ Hostage situation or any other situation. This department also conducts interviews of people holding powerful positions or important positions that reflect on the state. The major thing I want to imply on this department is on the way of its working, basically the articles are usually on Hostage/Gun store situations and interviews are rather boring where the interviewer sits at once place and conducts it. My vision is to make articles interesing so that people actually read it for example: Rather it being on the same things mentioned above, it can be on something like the most expensive car in the state/ Is the Legal Orgs involved in corruption? ( Will be presented in a way to avoid targeting basically like a general citizens view) How is the beach market? and etc. For the interview I wanted to change the way it works for example: Rather than sitting at one place, the interviewer can ask question on sitting for 10 minutes and the remaining time could be taken by the person interviewed maybe on how the org works or a tour of his workplace and etc. Basically my motive is to make journalism interesting again so the people working and the people getting the content would be pleased.
4. Human resources ( H.R)
This department is the key through which one could be added in the family of Lifeinvader. This department is rather important than others as for Ads it takes test to ensure if the participant is fit or not and keeps an check on ads edited and points out mistake in an ad during the day and corrects it. This department from my pov is working pretty fine but lack employees regarding this I would like to make a change in the promotion from Junior Ads to Senior Ads basically the rule for now is that we need to be in top 2 and need to have the most number of Ads but the problem is even if we get seniors the next week they are one still on top or some high command, so I would like to tinger around and it would be like if A and B are juniors who got promoted to Senior and the next week they are the same one or some high command then from the Juniors only C and would be taken or any other Junior with High ads regarding others. This is basically how I would like to tinger around in HR and for now this is it, further I can get some ideas which I would like to discuss with the curators if I passed.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No racisim will take place in the org if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
2. No favoritism in the org about ranks each one will be provided through his/her exp if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
3. No targeting towards any other org members or internally if did he/she will be kicked and blacklisted.
5. I will ensure that each person will try experience HC postion if his/her work is commendable.
6. A special Bonus will be decided for night time ad editors to give them a motivation boost and thus saving the PDA from flooding.
