2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)

- Over the years of my journey in this project, I've always looked at FIB as an elite level org, from being a field agent to Deputy, it's been an amazing ride, Within that, I've served my time under many leaders, learning from their mistakes to admiring their achievements, and serving as a leader 4 times, I've got the knowledge and principles needed to lead this organization, with my own set personal goals and ambition I look forward to make this organization a better place where people can play their roles in their way professionally making the city cleaner and maintaining the working class of the organization and professionalism, With my determination and my leading skills I believe I can leave a mark in the history of leader and reach new heights of creativity within the org following along with professionalism with as low rule breaks as possible.

- An org like FIB needs a good activity so it can serve its purpose in the city on various cases, like conducting gang raids, BM raids, etc, and a good number of department units doing their work nourishing the organization in their ways, whether it be taking evidence or hiring employees, being an experienced leader I know how to deal with this and how to bring out good numbers of units as I have done it before and I think with FIB I can do it better than ever and set a new example of a good balanced org based on good activity and good roleplay level, and making it the kind of organization it was meant to be as in recent times I believe there many things that can be improved and that's where I will show my work as a leader and make it better doing this will not only make the org more better but myself as a leader and for that I look forward to lead this org

- FIB holds a lot of responsibility and tasks that its leader must look after. I have a dedicated plan and team for that, who will work tirelessly to make sure FIB does what it has to maintain its status as a successful running organization. I also believe nowadays low rank employees are not getting the attention that they need to make themselves better and a good training, which they deserve, and I believe, as a Director myself, I could guide them and help them with many tasks beside HR and make sure they get a good training and knowledge and a good rp rich environment and will make sure that they are motivated to work not just for their rank, I as a leader will make sure that everyone is treated in a fair matter and to achieve all this things and to make my dent in this field I look forward to attain the Director position.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

(Motivating Environment and professionalism)
- I believe a good and professional environment will set up a good roleplay culture within the org, motivating all the other guys to work and act like FIB and encouraging the newcomers, and setting up the example of how this org should run in a fun way.
(Good Bonus and Promotion system for the Employees)
- Many people also have different motives. I, as a leader, will implement a good and generous bonus system that will encourage and motivate to make people to work harder, as they are not only getting a raise eventually, they are also gonna get paid well, which will eventually increase roleplay and activity, making the term go on smoothly.
(More usage of Radio and communication in an effective way)
- I believe communication is a key point to make an org good in roleplay, and more usage of radio will eventually lead to more people engaging in their work and making it more fun for themselves and to surpass information to everyone, obviuosly we will actively make sure that it isn't being misused and not being used to have conversation or anything useless other than the work.
(A good set of departments actively working on their sector's)
- A good team is crucial to support FIB and its work, especially in fields like CID, HR, as they are the backbone of the org. I will make sure that they have a team that knows their work and is good at it, following the recent rules, and making sure everyone is being interviewed properly and training are being conducted properly, and for the CID department I have an amazing team who will make sure to come up with evidences as soon as possible so we can conduct raids frequently and effectively. I will also look forward to other departments and its work, making sure its also being upheld.
(Training of situations and scenarios)
- I used to conduct training of many scenarios like hostage situations and store robberies with all my high command and low command units during my tenure as a leader, making sure everyone knows how to deal with these things without breaking any kind of rule and how to roleplay vitally during those moments, I look forward to do the same here as well.
