Although this guy has posted 2 minute 19 second POV but he got killed in the 26second of the POV soo we can’t see the whole situation that why this guy killed him it will be very nice if this guy can provide extended POV where he can show us what happened one minute before he died

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
IDs 130786, 160045 & 148382 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)
ID 157638 will receive a punishment for Mixing
("Forum" is Mixing)
Do not meet a rule break with another rule break!
