2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
(i) I want to be the leader of LSPD because I have lots of previous LEO experience within FIB/LSPD/GOV. I have been in EN2 for a very long time and i joined many legal organizations and became high command there, and being high command i learned many things from my seniors. As i joined EN3 i joined SAHP and now i am rank 28 Assistant Sheriff/Commander there, Being in legal orgs and in many situations i have learned many ooc rules and ic rules as well, this experience of mine helped me to become Leader of an organisation
(ii) I want to become LSPD leader because i see many people doing favoritism for their friends and family, i will make sure that favoritism will never be a thing during my term, each player deserves a good role play factor and they should be taught with rules so we can enjoy role play at maximum
(iii) I want to become leader of LSPD because i see many players( Officers) breaking server rules, i will make sure that my HR department would be knowledgeable so we can train our officers and will make sure that even my lowest rank officer will know the basic role play rules.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(i) For an organization to function properly, communication is the main thing, i will decide a day in a week where i will talk with all of my officers just to take opinions from them to keep our term running smoothly, and by communication their courage would be increased if the leader himself is giving them time, We will go to shooting range with my officers and it can help in 2 things 1st is they would be good in combat 2nd is our relations together would be much stronger.
(ii) Since we are responsible in keeping crime away from the city having a good relationship with other organizations is very important, i will make sure that LSPD will have a good relationship with all other legal organizations so that we would work together in removing crime from city.
(iii) As i have been in FIB before, i always wanted other organizations to help in evidences against Illegal Orgs, but in my term i will make sure to hire trained Undercover agents who will collect evidences for FIB to help them in Gang raids.
(iv) To increase overall RP and keep LSPD Officers prepared for any scenario, I'd make sure that we conduct several drills, cooperative operations, and trainings with other state organisations.
(v) I'm planning to give my Officers extra training and classes so they can understand all the rules better. I want to make sure they know what they can and can't do, and that they follow the rules carefully. This training will help them do their jobs better and avoid any mistakes.
(vi) I believe that there is a lot of people who desire genuine roleplay within the server as an LEO. I would like to recruit experienced people who have thorough knowledge of LSPD as well as the rules that come with being in LSPD and bring more RP experience to the server.
