1. Why would you like to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been in the RP community for a while now and I feel that I am ready to take on more of a behind-the-scenes role and help out more. I've already been an admin on EN2 roughly four months ago, and working as that job taught me a lot about how to operate the server and assist players. I would like to utilize that experience to assist in helping keep the environment smooth, fair, and enjoyable for all.
2. What are your strengths?
I’m calm in tough situations, good at resolving conflicts, and comfortable communicating with all kinds of players. I’ve also got experience handling staff tools and situations that require leadership and quick thinking.
3. What are your weaknesses?
At times, I get too caught up in solving the bigger issues and may overlook smaller ones. I am, however, trying my best to work on that and attempt to give equal priority to all that need it.
4. What do you have to offer the admin team in terms of skills?
I've had positive experience in dealing with player problems, conflict resolution, and task management. I'm a good listener, impartial, and always attempt to view the point from both sides before making a decision. I'm also used to being on my toes at all times and keeping things in order.
5. Are you willing to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business when you're an admin)
Yes, I do not have any business ownership at present, and I do understand the rule completely and accept it.
6. Do you have any IRL issue or situation at the moment keeping you inactive or from being active anytime soon?
No, there is nothing on my end that would keep me from activity or commitment.
7. Anything else we need to consider or we need to know for your application?
I am a joy to collaborate with, always eager to learn, and sincerely wish to contribute to helping the server succeed. I also believe in the community being beneficial and am open to putting the work in so it can happen.
