2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) Since I have been in this city for some time now. I have gained experience of most of the LEO organization. I have worked in LSPD,SAHP,GOV,NG and have achieved good ranks there. Seeing the work of all organizations. I feel Iam capable of leading LSPD. I know all expectations and regulations of LEO organizations and I am willing to demonstrate that I am capable of achieving those expectations. I also have very good leader traits and I believe Ican lead LSPD with complete concentration and Keep the city crime free and also keep all my OAgents happy with my Behaviour.
2.2) I have been part of the Department of Justice which has enhanced my understanding of the law, and that will better assist the organization to abide by the law and achieve everyone's highest expectations. Besides, I have acquired much experience with gang raid casefiles, and evidences which will assist FIB in achieving its objective of raids more easily. I will ensure that my organization lawyers (DA) know just as much as I do to also enhance the role play experience for both the suspects and agents. I will also ensure that everyone understands how to deal with suspects and fellow agents to enhance RP.
2.3) I want to ensure the LSPD is not thought of and easy group to obtain a high rank because that's what everyone has been talking about lately, I am going to ensure ALL requirements are fulfilled for everyone who is hired and ensure that there is no corruption where there shouldn't be. I would like to make LSPD the best role-playing organization because that is why everyone is here.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Departments
Human Resources & Training (HR&T) : This department is one of the most important departments that holds the power to hire and ensure the future agents of LSPD are in safe hands, I am going to make sure, as every other director has, LSPD goes through proper training before advancing to being a Agent. All of the agents in HR&T are given very high expectations and will be mandated to carry bodycam at all times except for a few moments, upload it with RP commands that enhance RP and a High Command of HR&T will be responsible for reviewing it for them and ensuring the training was conducted right.
Internal Affairs (IA) : Internal affairs is a very necessary department to have within LSPD, all internal affairs officers will enhance RP by always ensuring that all the officers are logging correctly, agents aren't getting corrupt, ensuring everybody is following the LSPD procedures correctly, has body camera footage of significant events as well as OOC events. Essentially they will ensure that all the employees comply with all server rules. Internal Affairs can have the authority to ask for bodycam from the agents, IA assist the Federal Attorney's by assisting them to ask for the bodycam cameras in case the FIB is served with a subpoena.
Undercover Department (UC) : The UC department is the most significant to FIB because going undercover is what the Federal Investigation Bureau is largely recognized for. The Head of Undercover will be a highly significant individual because they are responsible for adding agents to the UC department and assist in gathering evidence to FIB. The UC department contains the most RP because it takes more commands in game to create all their evidence legitimate to use against gangs and unofficial families in order to be able to conduct raids and gather of their illegal items/weapons. I will also make every effort to ensure that the undercover department is in a position to generate more RP at any time by interviewing gang members.
Task Force Department (TF) : The TF officers will possess the critical duty of creating special strategies to deal with all crimes, especially shop robberies and National guard raid/robberies. Special strategies are crafted by the top squad in the state. This crew has a 90% rate of winning accuracy when their strategies have been implemented. TF agents work when there are no activities like gun store or 24/7 store robberies, gang/family raids and hostage taking, they will be engaged in tracking wanted offenders. And they also need to track down individuals that have active arrest warrants against them which will enhance the RP of DOJ (GOV) and FIB/SAHP/NG to apprehend criminals that are to be arrest for crimes they did.
Special Weapons and Tatics Department (SWAT) : The SWAT officiers lead all the Scripted events and take maximum number of units to Gun Store, 24/7 Store, ect. All other scripted events and they also have to apprehend criminals that are to be arrest for crimes they did and then do proper RP while arresting them and Then it will also Improve RP in DOJ.
Parking Enforcement Department (PE) : The PE Units will help the citizens to follow traffic rules and also fine cars which are not parked properly by using the given Patrolman's Guide and also HR team will hire different people for becoming towies for this Department, who will twe cars whic are Parked in Illegal areas. This will enhance RP as a lot of citizen will go to DOJ to file a supeona against the Police Officer
Public Relation (PR) : The PR Department will make events to interact with the citizens and also they will win some Rewards while improving RP aswell which adds a really good Impression to All The citizens who participate in those events.
Other Factors
Training & Standardized Procedures : Offer mandatory RP training to new agents with good communication, arrest procedure, and investigation skills to improve the overall quality of RP.
Scenario-Based Missions: Routine LSPD-organized RP missions like stakeouts, intelligence gathering, or organized raids with other factions. These missions are educational and improve engagement.
Frequent HOD & DHOD Meetings : Having regular meetings with the department heads and deputies to keep track of their departmental progress, problems, and gathering ideas on how to improve their departments. This makes the organization continually update and realize its desired outcomes.
Employee Meetings : There will be employee meetings for the employees who would like to make suggestions about any given department, in case of a discussion or feedback. This will increase overall morale as well as give rise to a friendly environment where the employees will feel respected and valued.
ReguIar Promotion : Workers will be promoted according to their work ethic and credibility, not because of connections or the manner in which they speak to the Ieader or any hc. This will promote hard work and break up favoritism.
