Hey higher up administration team.

Recently my friend asked me to hold his properties as he was going away irl . Therefore I took them not knowing about these rules and I am truly sorry about that. I can promise if given a second chance it will not happen again, I am willing to agree for a money wipe or perhaps some days removed from my ban if that may be possible resolve to this incident.
