2. Additional Information – Why I Want to Be the Leader of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)​

2.1 Staying Committed:​

I am fully committed to serving the LSPD with integrity and professionalism. I will ensure my term remains free of any warnings or reprimands. My focus will be on consistency, leadership, and maintaining a disciplined and active department throughout my tenure.

2.2 Experience in the Organization:​

I have served as:

  • EMS Rank 25
  • Brigadier General in the National Guard
These positions have equipped me with valuable leadership experience, strong organizational understanding, and the ability to work under pressure. I understand the responsibilities that come with leading a major legal organization and am prepared to bring efficiency and unity to the LSPD.

2.3 Training & Development:​

One of my top priorities is to develop a robust and effective training system. I aim to ensure that every officer, from cadets to command staff, receives proper guidance and mentorship. This will include practical roleplay drills, traffic stop simulations, chase training, and de-escalation scenarios. With proper development, we’ll maintain high roleplay standards and make the department stronger and more capable.


3. Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization​

  • Active HR Team: Ensure HR is functional 24/7 for recruitment, evaluations, and training.
  • Timely Bonus Distribution: Maintain a consistent bonus system to motivate officers.
  • Routine Checks & Logs: Weekly checks on the armory, logs, and curators for full accountability.
  • Full Event Coverage: At least 5 units assigned per event to ensure LSPD has a strong presence.

  • Human Resources (HR): Recruitment, promotions, training sessions, and managing bonus logs.
  • Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): Handles raids, high-risk ops, hostage situations, and gang busts.
  • Internal Affairs (IA): Investigates corruption and maintains discipline within the department.
  • Public Relations (PR): Organizes public events and boosts LSPD’s image through media and outreach.
  • Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU): Issues fines, controls speeding, and monitors road safety and illegal parking.
