2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1) Organizational Strategies Within the Laws of the Organization:

- My previous occupations listed for your ready use are: Ex-Undersheriff, SAHP Commander, Base Commander (NG), Ex-Assistant Chief of LSPD, Government, Attorney, Minister of State. Above positions developed my holistic understanding of Grand RP ecosystem concerning Law Enforcement and Legalities. Leading LSPD brings me the capability to exercise my impact-driven leadership in the most functional legal organization, as such, in the LSPD.

2) A New A Preference To All Restructure Vision That Further Enables Greater Effeciency Enhancements
- My unique objectives provide motivation to all of my subordinates for each one of them, encouraging them to personal achievement by using the bottom up leadership approach. The strategy also adds a Human Resources division, Internal Affairs Branch, Undercover Unit, Parking Enforcement Charter Unit, CTU. That said and done, this particular Commanders And Specialists organizational structure ensures that every recipient at the empowered vertical level progresses in internal disciplin and motivates all ranks orientated enablement to enhanced reward for vertical improvement.

3) Creating Community Making An Impact Passionate Role Quality Play
- We acknowledge LSPD is a law enforcement agency taking care of police matters for the command structure of the City. Promoting within the police increases realism in roleplay and serves true to my vision of LSPD is for enhancing RP by real policing is not limited with: promotion through training. The professionalism and the quality of communication will play a very important role and also will give our best to make a very healthy and comfortable atmosphere for all my units.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Fairplay
- Giving Fair chances to everyone will definetly enhance the level of RP. There will be equal chances given to all the units, promotions will be given according to their behaviour and their activity. No immunity or any type of Advantages will be given. There will be a fair chance to show their performance. Equal treatment and support will be given to all.

2) Bonuses
- Bonuses will play an very important role as it attracts former officers aswell as citizen to be a part of us. Bonuses will be given according to their activity and performance. We will try to give them maximum bonuses we can give from our end. Different departments will have differents duties and bonuses, so that my units make sure to join a department where they can show their skills/performance and get paid according to their Hardwork.

3) Departments
- We will make sure that all the departments have best of best Chief of Staff and Police Commander who can easily guide units and give their fair opinions to enhance their performance and it will help to be a better version of themselves. Each respective departments will have their weekly tasks to fullfill it. Bonuses will be given and hopefully LSPD will get maximum units.

4) Ranking System
- Ranks will be given according to their interviews and prior experiences. No direct ranks will be aloted, even the former officers will have to go through basic interview questions. Chain of Command will be followed by all the units. Step by step they will reach the higher ups. All ranks will be given according to what they deserve. Promotions will be given accordingly.

5) Best Communication
- We will make sure that all my units get answers and help from High Commands when needed. No one will be left ignored. We will be giving Bonuses, Promotions, Healthy Environement and Fair chances so that all the units will be enganged and will be keen to work more harder.

Note: I was Leader/Admin blacklisted for providing wrong Age 2 years ago. It is now lifted and I really hope that a fair/equal chance will be given to me. Being a part of this project from last 4 years and playing EN3 from last 2.5 years. I do really need a chance to proof myself fairly, I did got temp Sheriff last month but it got removed withing couple of hours as I was Leader Blacklisted so I really do hope that you consider me now. Thankyou !!
