Ans:
I want to become a Gang Leader because I genuinely believe that I’m now fully prepared for this role. I’ve applied in the past and faced rejection, but instead of giving up, I took it as motivation to improve myself. Since then, I’ve worked hard to better understand server rules, improve my leadership skills, and grow into a more disciplined and mature roleplayer.
Most of my experience has been in gang life from being a clapper to organizing turf strategies, managing store robberies, and mentoring new members. I’ve seen gang RP from every angle and I know what works, what doesn’t, and what makes a gang truly stand out.
Now I’m not just applying for the position I’m ready to own it. My goal is to turn Vagos into a feared and respected gang that values teamwork, discipline, and high-quality RP.

- My goal is to make Vagos the most active and well-organized gang on the server. I want our presence to be felt in every major illegal activity — from turfs and graffiti to robberies and black market operations.
- I’ll train new members in proper RP scenarios and create a strong, family-like environment where we grow together. I want Vagos to be known not just for power, but also for discipline, strategy, and RP quality.
- I aim to dominate at least 60% of turfs within 2 weeks, maintain zero rule-breaks, and lead Vagos into smart alliances or rivalries through in-character diplomacy.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:To improve RP in Vagos, I will:
- Recruit only serious and mature RP players.
- Train members in immersive RP scenarios like robberies, hostage situations, and turf wars.
- Conduct weekly RP sessions including gang meetings, promotions, and punishments — all handled strictly in-character.
- Avoid any mixing of IC/OOC at all times.
- Keep the gang active with custom RP missions, alliances, and in-character diplomacy.
