I will make sure that my organization becomes the most active and respected among all state organisation. I am committed to keeping things alive, engaging, and consistent.

To maintain motivation and recognize effort, I will be personally giving out weekly rewards to officers who truly earn it. My goal is to build the most active and respected organization among all state departments, and that starts with consistency, recognition, and fairness.

Promotion will strictly depend on performance no one will get a rank they have not earned under my leadership. I will also be hosting regular promotion ceremonies, either weekly or every couple of weeks, to properly acknowledge the dedication of our team.

SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics)

Handles high risk missions like hostage rescues, counter-terror ops, and takedowns of heavily armed suspects. SWAT officers are highly trained in combat and tactics.

TEU (Traffic Enforcement Unit)

Enforces traffic laws, runs DUI checkpoints, manages accident scenes, and cracks down on speeding and reckless driving to keep roads safe.

HR (Human Resources)

Trains new recruits through hands-on guidance and mentorship. Ensures all officers meet department standards and are well prepared for duty.
