Hello Dear Admins,
I got ban yesterday at 7:59 PM IST for Refusing PC check to admin tony gold. but i was totally agree with him at that time and i also tried to open my discord to join private1 as he said but my discord is not opening as because i have a low end PC and use low graphics to run my game otherwise it crashes many time so according to tony next command i downloaded the any desk but when i downloaded it and installing it my game crashes and when i reopen it i got ban because of Refusing PC check which is not fair . i immediately message him on discord and also on forum because i don't know where i will contact him to review and appeal his decision and i also got panicked to loss my account which i give everything . i am playing from 2024 march everyday 6 hours and never use any hacks or bug abuse but still i got ban because of misunderstanding . Sir please help me to get my account back i swear to god i have not done anything wrong . i am also compile with any of admin to do again PC check and do whatever he say to get my account back. I also uploaded the message conversations which i send exactly just after my account ban but i didn't receive any reply .
