ive been told by an admin cl is where you leabe when there is rp when i got warned the was no rp at none as you can Uday cartel has told me in the link you need to see rp before hand.
As you can see in the video there was no rp and only an engine block that is not rp i did not get given demands to pull over just a straight engine block

You interact with others which is instantly RP. You get stopped so they RP actively with you. You interrupt their RP by logging out.

You will also get warns for FailRP and Provoking.
