First off, YES I know I put warn as type of punishment, because there was no option for simply "administrator complaint or review". If this is going to be rejected simply for that, PLEASE tell me how and where to post it.

My issue: I asked for a report on someone ON THE FORUMS NOT IN GAME so I used the FORUMS RULE to title the post as appropriate and included screenshots and videos of the harassment ON THE FORUMS.

Vickky reviewed it, referred me to general rule 3.1 which is insults ooc IN GAME, and said I needed proof in POV form. Which is true. In game.

The issue is on the forums, not in game. As I satated to them in my response about fixing name and a pov.

I have included screenshots of the insults and harassment, and a 45s+ video showing the original thread i posted on, them dming me and harassing me, and the times.

Can someone explain why this was never considered as a forum issue and waived off as "incorrect format in game report" or at the very least explain to me the way Im supposed to report forum issues if thats not the case? Or even just review the case for the original problem I have?

Having an admin see my issue, use a completely different type of issue and ruleset to wave it off and not even look into it, is extremely disappointing.
