Its Daven i hope you guys are doing well, Few days ago i bought a apartment in auction for 2.5 Mil and i got to realize im not playing that much them whats the point of buying so i sold that apartment to my friend 850k which is higher that the state value of the apartment 500K, (So clearly i dont breal gen rule 1.7 )
1.7 It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60 days
I didnt transfer or got more than 5 mil and the apartment state value is 500K so i sold that to 850K which he had only 900K that time, so which i didn't break 1.9 also.
