I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for a mistake I made in the in-game shop that resulted in a permanent ban on my account.
I had listed 2 slots of one 7 days prime and other platinum each in my shop. one of that 7 days platinum was correctly priced at 500,000 , which is the current market value. Unfortunately, one 7 days prime was accidentally listed at 1,500,000 due to a typing mistake. I did not intend to overprice or exploit the market in any way—it was an honest mistake that I didn't notice at the time. i dont have any proof becuase i was directly banned
want to mention one more thing few days ago one guy on shop they listed one diamond for 10M which current price is 8/10k and than my friend called admin prince gupta came and my friend explained him that guy listed 1 diamond for 10million than he said its your choice if you to want to buy than buy from shop or otherwise leave. and that admin banned me for the same reason why is that happening to me i dont want to target anybody but please forgive me for my mistake. proofs are attachted .this proof is for one diamond https://imgur.com/a/RXG9vJU
I fully respect the game’s rules and understand the importance of fair trading. Please forgive this oversight. I kindly request that you consider lifting the ban on my account. I will be much more careful in the future and ensure that this does not happen again. i can't leave without the city.
