I hope you're doing well I'm writing this post to respectfully request clarification and assistance regarding a ban I recently received.
Today, when I tried to log into my Grand RP account, I was surprised to see that I have been banned for 33 days due to "bug abuse." I want to state honestly and clearly that I am not aware of any bug I may have abused, nor did I receive any warning or explanation about the incident.
I always try to follow the rules and respect the server's guidelines. If I unknowingly made a mistake, I truly apologize. I just want to understand:
I kindly request you to review my case. I am more than willing to cooperate and follow any necessary steps to resolve this issue. Grand RP means a lot to me, and I have invested time and effort in this community with full respect.
Please consider this as a humble appeal to revisit my ban and provide any clarification regarding the situation.
