Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) Firstly i want to be leader of Vagos is, i think Vagos can do much better under my leadership, as I'm having experience in almost every gang as a Member and a High Command , i personally know what kinds of conflicts happens in the gang and how bad they can be if we didn't solve it properly, I'll personally lookout in the Gang matters and try my best to solve them, Toxicity and Favoritism will be strictly prohibited, who ever is doing such things will be blacklisted in my term as things will ruin Roleplay.
2) And the location of HQ, the place where heart meets heaven, is Near the Beach Side, my gang members will have fun under my leadership, Vagos have amazing cars, and if any state org raids us, i think we can easily defend us.
3) And i think i have good leadership skills, i have high patience level and i can manage every issues smoothly, I have some experienced members with me they will handle the situation in my absence as best i do, lastly as a leader i would have more opportunities to meet new peoples and great mindsets, Ill take them with me and to built our gang strong as never.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
As I have observed in previous terms, leader or deputies don't usually interact with the new members or people who are on low ranks. and i will try to manage that problem. We will focus on events so that we don't compromise on the activity. I will make sure everyone is friendly to each other.
Good Bonus system will definitely attract more members to join events, and more the event more the RP.
