Hello,

I got banned because I have two PCs and two different Epic Games accounts. After I reinstalled Windows on my PC, everything was deleted. I accidentally signed into the wrong Epic account, and that caused the ban under Gen 1.1.

I understand this was my mistake, and I’m okay with a full money wipe if you can remove the ban. I didn’t mean to break any rules, and I really enjoy playing the game the right way.
