2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to become leader of a gang because I have led a state org, so I have past leader experience and I know how to solve conflicts and maintain peace between members, So my prior experience will help me in leading a successful gang term now.
- I will try to make Ballas a terrorist by doing maximum store robberies and other types of robbery, the people of this city should fear a guy when they hear that they are from Ballas, I want to spread fear and hooliganism in the whole city and the LEOs should also fear Ballas Gang.
- I have contacts with big families and many people who will help me in my term, I will get 20+ people in every store robberies and FZ Raids and make Ballas the most active gang in the entire city. Also, I will make sure every gang member knows all rules which will help me in avoiding warns.
- The HQ position and color of Ballas is very dominating, and in my term, Ballas will dominate the entire city and LEOs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will chose all the HCs and UDs carefully, only a guy who has experience, knows all rules and can lead events will get HC.
- I will make a amazing bonus system so my gang members can earn a lot of money while having fun.
- Maximum activity and dominating the whole city, everyone should fear the purple color.
- Having good contacts with every gang member, and I will ensure that there is no conflict in my org.
