Rejected Ban for PC-CHECK l Kira Hill

Dear Admin,
i recently submit an Fourm but it was rejected due to missing social clib name and ingmae id i Would like to clarify my situation this is my first time playing grand rp i purchased a new GT A And crea new social club accunt specifically for this i have newver played on grp before and when i tried to join the server via rageMp i was stuck on the loading and never got into the game bcz i wan unable to enetr the server i do not knoe my in gmae id iaslo did,t realize i needed to provide social clbe usernam which is ; AUSTIN_PLUXURY
Please let me know what steps I should take to resolve this. I am very interested in joining the server and becoming a part of the community.
