Good day, we were recently punished for this thread, however I believe the POV provided in this forum thread doesn't show the full perspective from the LEO side and their side.

We received 1 org warn for this and I'd love if the Senior of State could re-review this with the additional POVs I will submit.

An SAHP officer dropped a global after witnessing this guy have a shootout with FIB agents, believing that they're about to get robbed by gang members.
After the global is dropped, multiple people are still carrying weapons in their hands giving LEOs an IC reason to shoot them due to the threat of multiple lives and of them shooting the LEOs. It looks like those 2 people who arrived AFTER the shootout, were there to either rob or do something else. As you can see they were also armed, and ICly they are allowed to be detained and arrested for investigative purposes, however since they were armed, they were shot down.

Therefore I do not believe there was any RDM involved in this case.

I would love if the Senior State Curator could re-evaluate this situation.
