2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) Since I have been in this city for some time now. I have gained experience of most of the LEO organization and Many Gangs aswell. I have worked in LSPD,SAHP,GOV,NG and have achieved HC ranks there. I have also been in Families, Ballas with HC rank aswell. Seeing the work of all organizations. I feel I am capable of leading Families. I know all expectations and regulations of Gangs and I am willing to demonstrate that I am capable of achieving those expectations. I also have very good leader traits and I believe I can lead Families.
2.2) I have seen how Department of Justice works which has enhanced my understanding of the law, and that will better assist the organization to abide by the law and achieve everyone's highest expectations. Besides, I have acquired much experience with gang raid casefiles, and evidences which will assist us in as less evidences to LEOs as possible. I will ensure that my organization members also know about law well and don't get arrested very often. To also enhance the role play experience for both the suspects and agents. I will also ensure that everyone understands how to deal with Officers and fellow gang members to enhance RP.
2.3) I want to ensure the families is not thought of and easy group to obtain a high rank because that's what everyone has been talking about lately, I am going to ensure ALL requirements are fulfilled for everyone who is hired and ensure that there is no corruption where there shouldn't be. I would like to make Families the best role-playing organization because that is why everyone is here.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Teams
Grafitist : This Team will go to all the Grafities located all over the gettho and spray All of them with The Purple Color and rule all the grafities, This will also give all the gang members a Lot of meney Per Hour which will Increase the Retention rate and Also keep everyone happy in The Org.
Gettho CIappers : This Team possess the critical work of creating special strategies to deal with all the LEOs and Take hostages for the Gang, especially heIping to get a Hostage to do Robberies and AIso HS. This crew has a 90% rate of winning accuracy when their strategies have been implemented. This Team works when there are no activities like gun store or 24/7 store robberies, gang/family raids and hostage taking, they wiII be engaged in Capturing Gettho.
Gangsters : This team will lead all the Scripted events and take maximum number of people to Gun Store, 24/7 Store, ect. AIso wiII FuIfiI The Requirements of The Curators
Turf Team : This team will have the top shooters of the city which will capture territories and will make the term Very successful which will happen when we complete 100% turf which is a Really big Achievement for a Gang Leader
Other Factors
Training : Offer mandatory RP training to new members with good communication, robbing procedure, and investigation skills to improve the overall quality of RP.
Frequent Deputy & High Command Meetings : Having regular meetings with the these to keep track of their progress, problems, and gathering ideas on how to improve the term. This makes the organization continually update and realize its desired outcomes.
ReguIar Promotion : Workers will be promoted according to their work ethic and credibility, not because of connections or the manner in which they speak to the Ieader or any HC. This will promote hard work and break up favoritism.
