Approved GR 6.24 | 11246

I was looking for peaceful job trying to do tracker job then 11246 killed me with demand but GR 6.24 say that can't kill players who doing beginner jobs.

(Personal opinion: It's not new to me I am used to it but think about the new players i feel bad for them if that happened to them)
