Zoya was born on October 16, 2000, in Los Santos, into poverty. His childhood was surrounded by street gangs, and to survive, he joined them and got involved in criminal activities. Despite the harsh realities of this lifestyle, he soon realized it was not sustainable.

Through hard work and perseverance, he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and became a police officer. Zoya left the streets behind and relocated to the quieter town of Paleto Bay. There, he rented a modest house and resolved to join the Los Santos Highway Patrol, driven by a commitment to law and justice. One day, he declared to himself, “I’m going to make it there. This is where I belong.” The very next day, he attended an interview, successfully passed, and began his training.
Zoya devoted himself to the mission of making the city safer. His relentless hard work paid off as he received promotions, made arrests, issued citations, and regularly appeared in court. However, Zoya needed to find a way to earn more money as he was struggling to pay his rent. Through perseverance and dedication, Zoya achieved his dream and became a valued member of the SAHP.
Outcomes:
1- Zoya can sell/buy illegal weapons and drugs (no org stuff)
2- Zoya can can go ghetto to rob/kill with his friends and family
3- Zoya can destroy bodycams /try to find the bodycam (twice per situation) and /do to destroy it.
