I would like to clarify a recent situation that has been misrepresented.
Firstly, this matter is entirely IC. The individual involved attempted to issue a subpoena against me; however, it led to no actionable result. Secondly, the full context of the scenario has not been accurately portrayed by the other party. Important details have been left out.
This individual was present at an active crime scene, which warranted his detainment for questioning and evidence collection. During the process, we discovered that he was in possession of multiple illegal items. Based on this evidence, he was lawfully arrested in accordance with the State Penal Code.
I acknowledge and accept responsibility for any minor fault on my side; however, I want to emphasize that the arrest was entirely justified under the circumstances.
It’s important to note that this individual continuously interrupted the RP by shouting and refusing to engage in proper dialogue. He did not allow us to explain the situation or proceed with standard RP procedures, which constitutes Fail RP. His non-compliance forced us into a position where arrest became the only viable option to continue the RP scene within the rules.
