Hello i was banned for GR 6.17 and i am very confused because im using the proper software to record my whole overlay was recorded anything thats not shown is on my 2nd screen which in this case my 2nd screen wasn't even on and i have shortcuts to mute my mic or def which i use when im in engaged IC. If i cant get my 30 ban could i receive a warning or explained why i got banned for 30 days please and thank you
in the recording i was using gamebar as my family members tells me to use xbox game bar or Amd and i use both if i am not supposed to use gamebar i didnt know the gamebar and i didnt know he was capture the full screen please i have never received this warning before for using gamebar i have posted alot of pov using gamebar even my lawsuit and it was all ok please i now know the reason i was banned and i can reassure you that i will only be using Amd all future reports
