I hope you're having a great day. I recently received a ban for violations of GR 1.7 and 1.9. I understand now that what I did was against the rules, and I want to sincerely apologize for my actions.
At the time, I was going on a vacation and didn’t have access to properly manage my ingame properties. I decided to give my apartments to a friend so he could pay for them and hold them temporarily, but I now realize that this was the wrong way to handle the situation. It wasn’t intended as a gift or a way to break the rules, but I understand that my actions still violated the server guidelines.
I truly didn’t mean to evade taxes or abuse the system, and I take full responsibility for not handling it correctly. I’m really sorry for the trouble I’ve caused. I care a lot about the server and the community, and I would be incredibly grateful for a second chance to prove myself.
I fully accept a money wipe if needed and I promise that something like this will never happen again. I’ve learned from this experience and will make sure to follow all the rules moving forward.
