I arrester this guy at 07:51 for shooting at state employee, and I was going to DOC for the further procedure. But suddenly his fam member showed up out of nowhere and told me to release his frnd. they engine blocked me without any demand even shot me 3 times while I was complying with him. How do they know about my location?
