I have been an under deputy in several various gangs in the city, which has provided me with a great insight into the way gang structures work from operations and organization to communication and discipline. All this has made me well-prepared to accept full leadership role and tackle both internal and external issues with maturity and planning.

From my past gang experience, I realized that most of the new members do not get proper instructions, particularly on vital matters such as how to rob successfully, how to communicate during events, or how to conduct themselves during RP scenarios.
