Hey, im appealing for my friend because he has no forum account.
What happend was he had a hit on someone (can see in the video) of $25,000. he killed him, and then since he didnt want the cop to kill him he killed him too, for some reason you count that as RDM.
The second thing is he got an extra warning for mercy killing, but there was no intention to help any of them out, he just didnt want backup or EMS to come revive the cop and retaliate, so he finished them off and sent them to the hospital, when he killed the bounty, it started an RP scenario in which allows him to kill the cop too, because the cop just witnessed a murder, were asking to remove at least one warning so hes not banned because its completely unfair and he doesnt think it was taken into consideration very wisely. And also, you can check his player information and see he has absolutely no connection with those newbies that he killed, it wasnt mercy killing, didnt know them or anything.
