This 423844 , 330674, 375642 they initiated the gunfight by shooting at the FIB agent, without any demands given, a violation of GR6.15 to my uc agents

FIB responded to this by returning fire, which is allowed by Rules for State 5.3

Also there was a guy in white t shirt was doing gr 6.15 at time stap 0.44 and 1.04
i couldn't find the id pls check it admins

I can't write all the ids so I am providing here
