Rejected Cant even hear cops that are arresting me

i was "pulled over" for just driving past a place and then when they went to pull me over i couldnt even hear them. and then 70 minutes for weed and fleaing is over kill

only time u can hear them is when i start to crash out and telling them they need to speak up cuz u cant understand anything they are saying

when they talk it sounds like they are whispering
