Life Story:
Jay grew up in a Gated community with a lot of money and everything that he has ever wanted. When Jay was still young he was living with his Mom and Dad and his Older brother where was more involved in the ghetto as he kept sneaking out because he didn't like the rich live style and always wanted to be apart of the ghetto side. Jay big brother joined a gang called Bloods to earn some money for him self as he didn't like being spoiled and wanted to make money his own way. Jay big brother will come every day home late and always got in trouble with my parents as my parents think my big brother as a failure. Sadly Jay big brother died on a drive by in front of the house, Jay didn't want to do nothing about it so he has decided to join gangs and find a get back. But when he joined a gang he was too young and was able to join the LEOs Side said the gang leader so he join LSPD
Career Story:
As Jay joined LSPD he officially became a state employee he started doing tow trucking but will tow the car and give it to the gang members to gain loyalty with the gang. With more experience he was able to do special missions with everyone else in the force and was leaking information to Bloods as the only way to get his get back on the person who killed his big brother was loyalty. Jay made his way into more and more casefiles access/Information about everything going on. After 3 Years in LSPD he was able to take a FIB contract as that will be way more inefficient to gain better information for Bloods to know about everything upper hand. After a couple months FIB has put up a top 5 most wanted and on there was the person Jay big brother got killed by. His face lit up with anger and wanted to kill the guy. After patrolling around Jay found the person who killed Jay big brother in a corner store, He got out the car and went towards the guy when he put him in cuffs and throw him into the car. He took him into a place and made sure that he will never kill anyone else. After that day Jay was never the same and took revenge on everyone and was a corrupt FIB
Outcomes:
1) Jay can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Jay can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Jay can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Jay can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Jay can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
6) Jay is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
7) Jay can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8) Jay can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
9) Jay can use truth serum on suspects to gain information from everyone. ( with /try command 2 times every rp )
