At first they were only a handful of individuals No one took them seriously.
However White Pigeons began to make their name heard quietly in every corner of Los Santos.
From contract work to information smuggling from protecting important figures to black market dealings they grew steadily,step by step.
Although they fought fiercely they never targeted anyone without cause.
They answered respect with respect and betrayal with ruthless vengeance.
Under Elmas Kebab’s leadership White Pigeons became a name whispered on the streets with a mix of fear and admiration:
"If they protect you, no one can touch you. But if you betray them, not even a bird will fly in Los Santos."
The philosophy of the White Pigeons family was simple:
