- Leader of San Andreas National Guard
- Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
Answer:
Before applying for the leadership of the National Guard, I have gained extensive experience both in legal and illegal organizations, serving as a Deputy and Senior Commander. My most recent role was Deputy Leader in Ballas, one of the largest organizations with over 100+ members active daily. Managing such a large group taught me leadership, adaptability, and perseverance—skills I am excited to bring into NG.
My main motivation to lead NG stems from a genuine desire to create a thriving, disciplined, and welcoming environment. I want to build an organization that not only enforces security but also promotes roleplay development and personal growth among its members. I believe in leading by example, promoting respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Under my leadership, the National Guard will become more than just a faction; it will become a strong community built on friendship, collaboration, and mutual respect. I will prioritize creating an environment where people enjoy their time, feel valued, and have the opportunity to grow their skills.
Together with my experienced family and close friends, we are prepared to bring a new era of unprecedented activity, discipline, and professionalism to NG. Toxicity will not be tolerated. Instead, we will foster a community based on unity and shared success.
- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
- Regular RP Trainings: Conduct regular roleplay workshops and basic training sessions for new recruits to ensure they understand the server rules and roleplay standards.
- Mentorship Program: Assign experienced soldiers as mentors to guide and support new members. This will ensure consistent quality and avoid unnecessary rule breaks.
- Professional HR Department: Establish a strong Human Resource team responsible for proper onboarding, thorough training, and performance evaluations of recruits. A well-trained HR team sets the foundation for a strong organization.
- Weekly Rank Ceremonies: Organize weekly rank ceremonies to celebrate members' achievements and motivate them to continue giving their best efforts based on their performance.
- Feedback System: Implement a feedback and suggestion system, allowing members to share their ideas and experiences. This will help in continuous improvement and boost engagement.
- Community Meetings: Hold regular community meetings where every member can voice their opinions. Transparency and inclusivity will make everyone feel more connected to the organization.
- Departmental Leadership: Appoint the most skilled and trustworthy individuals to lead various departments, ensuring smooth operations and professionalism at every level.
- Event Bonuses: Offer bonuses and rewards to encourage participation in events, fostering healthy competition and commitment.
- Strict High Command Oversight: Closely monitor the High Command to ensure fairness, professionalism, and to prevent misuse of power.
- Gatekeeping Incentives: Provide additional bonuses for soldiers assigned to gatekeeping duties, and rotate them frequently to avoid boredom and burnout.
