Leader of San Andreas National Guard
- -What is your reason for wanting to be the leader of this particular organization?
Under an application for leadership in the National Guard, I have learned by experience in operation of illegal and legal organizations as Senior Commander and Deputy. My former experience was Deputy Leader in Ballas, one of the largest organizations with over 100+ daily working members. Leading such a large amount of people gave me knowledge on leadership, flexibility, and perseverance—qualities that I truly intend to put into work in NG.
To me, the major drive to assume leadership of the NG is my genuine desire to make it a healthy, disciplined, and friendly organization. An organization that nurtures its members to heighten their roleplay and self-development besides security concerns. I hope to set an example of respect, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Under my leadership, the National Guard will mean more than just a division; it will be a strong family bound with friendship, respect, and cooperation from all levels down. The atmosphere will encourage working together, having fun, appreciation, and learning meaningful skills.
My grown family and best friends are up for a new era of record activity, discipline, and professionalism for NG. Toxicity is out of the question; a culture of mutual cooperation and prosperity will take its place.
3-Your suggestions for improvement of RolePlay level in the organization.
Regular RP Trainings: Intensive roleplay workshops and general training sessions should be conducted regularly for trainees to accommodate a fast understanding of server rules and roleplay etiquette.
Mentorship Programme: Experienced troops must be assigned to reach out to new members, teaching and pitching the same story. This is to ensure consistency in quality; also, the risk of unintentional rule breaking will be avoided.
Professional HR Department: Establish a well-functioning HR department, wherein human resources are recruited formally, trained effectively, and regularly fiscally evaluated. A well-trained HR department is an asset and lays the foundation for good organizations.
Weekly Rank Ceremonies: Bungie that takes place every week to award and praise the performances of its members will contribute toward motivating them to maintain their top-level honor in great performance.
Feedback System: A feedback and suggestion system shall be implemented through which all members can, all the time, provide inputs and recommendations for improvement and optimization of involvement.
Community Meetings: Regular community meetings shall be scheduled, where everyone will have a turn to air their opinion. This openness and inclusion will promote engagement within the organization.
Departmental Leadership: The most competent and trustworthy candidates can lead their departments to ensure that everything operates smoothly and remains professional at every level.
Event Bonuses: Give bonuses and incentives for attendance, health, and interest in events.
