As you see in that forum the pov provided by the thread owner has no sound event you can clealy see that on time stamp 0:14 he opens his ingame mic and his mic opens at 0:26 sec even his ingame mic is open for 12 sec but voice is not recorded so its clear that he is using illegeal recorder for recording and also i accept punishment for rdm that i do but i say motherfucker in hindi language that is slang in server so how i got punish for 3.1 and 3.2 acoording to forum rule the give pov has no player sound so that it will not be considered as proof and player will be banned for under investigation but admin cayman do biased decison here clealy as you can see i hope you will check and revoked my 3.1 and 3.2 ban.
