If you rewatch the Youtube video, at the timestamp 0:45, you can see he is telling the family to stop shooting, but if you look on the right side of the screen, his microphone button is not toggled. The reason he did this was because we would tell him that we previously gave him demands and that would make him have to give the full body cam. I told him to leave the area as we had money printer and he kept driving by.
