Life Story :
Rio Parker, was born in a little village in Alaska mountain range called Wiseman, which is located in Northern Alaska, along the Middle Fork of the Koyukuk River. His Grandfather was an US army veteran and his dad was in NYPD Police who was posted in New York for his duty. Little Rio always heard stories from his grandpa of how soldiers protect their country when there is a war or any situation which concerns public safety. His grandpa fought in great Vietnam War and got awarded by medels title. Little Rio was always wanted to be a great soldier just like his grandpa. but on the other hand his dad who was in NYPD police was a very corrupt police officer and was involved in several terrorist activities. One day a truck full of US Soldiers was blown by a terrorist organistion called Al Mujahideen. And Rio's father was suspected of leaking informations to terrorists and arrested. After Judiciary statement his father was sentenced to Life prison. His grandpa got in shock when he heard that news and died by heart attack. Little Rio was devastated by that and determind to be a good soldier. Rio joined army immediatly after finishing college, keen to tread the footsteps of his ancestors. And moved to Los Santos for his military training and posting. The beat of marching boots and the crackle of patriotism in his voice formed the background of Rio's dreams.
Career Story :
Rio's life in the army was a mixture of toughness and rivalry. He encountered the hot desert sun and freezing Alaskan winters with a hard competition of becoming the perfect soldier. The Army general was very strict and rough his fellow soldiers. He wanted the best of the best to be in the frontline of US Army to set an example for others. Rio faced rivalry in between his fellow comrades. They cannot stand Rio's excellence of performance and always jelous of his progress. Rio has several weaknesses including losing his temper quickly and he was a heavy drinker. One night after promotion ceremony Rio got promoted to Captain and he was celebrating by drinking some classic booze. One of his rival soldier saw that and confronted Rio that he will tell the General about this because drinking as an army personnel was strictly prohibited because of the General's strict policy. But Rio was not ready to lose his rank or his image that he built for so many years. Then Rio lured out that soldier in a secluded place and killed him with a pocket knife. Rio was aware of that this murder will be reveal his dark nature which he got genetically from his dad. Then Rio got scared and was ready to eliminate any possible threat to his career.
The very next day that murder incident was caught the attention of the General and he suspected that someone in the army has done it after seeing the post mortem report that explains the knife injuries which was from a army knife, not a regular knife. General occupied some Internal Affair officers to investigate this murder. Rio was sweating like a boiling egg. He kidnaped the Internal Affair agent later at night and asked for bribe to not to kill him. Taking bribes and killing was became so easy for him. He did not cared for his grandfather's glorious army record. Somehow he ideolised his father when he lost his temper against his comrades. And so on his life continues like this.
Outcome:
1. Rio can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth upto 100K maximum)
2. Rio can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
