2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: First of all i have been playing this server from a long time and i have been in worked with crime and state orgs. where i got myself the lot of experience and knows how the internal orgs goes on. i have the leadership skills where i can manage events and turfs as well. and I want to put the gang back in place, in order to bring seriousness and organization, this is the step that is most important to me because I want to improve the RP gang.
2.2: Secondly, I would create a great rivalry with other organizations. To be able to impose ourselves and become what we fear the most, to be the most discreet and take the top in all the events. My goal is to make it enjoyable for everyone else. Some of the most entertaining and exciting moments I have experienced have been during events and Vagos will continue to actively pursue these. If I were to become the leader of Vagos, I would make sure that Vagos creates fun events for players to join. I would like to bring this gang to life by doing all the events like the attacks on military bases (Fort Zacundo), doing weed, turfs, battleships etc..
2.3: to be a good leader, you have to bring everyone together. You have to make sure everyone follows the city's standards and everyone respects the rules while having fun.
and make sure that the vagos live again in some way because being in a gang with activity is simply magical!! -I want to make the Vagos the most respected gang in the city, while remaining serious and efficient. I want that when we are seen in town we are afraid of us. I will know how to manage this team with respect.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> We will invite experienced people so they don't break rules.
-> Frequent store robberies, Fz raids, Hostage situation and ghetto clapping would make every other gang and state orgs fear Vagos so i would obviously do that with my all gang members and show everyone what's can a gang do if it gets a leadership.
-> I Will Give Regular Bonus To The Active Members So That They Get Paid For Their Work
-> I Will Give Ranks Accordingly To The Members Those Who Deserve
