I went to the location he share to install the solar panel. Then he came to pick me up by helicopter from the license center. After receiving it, he tried to have the panel installed in the wrong place. I reported it to the admin, but no penalty was applied. After that, I got on the helicopter without setting the solar panel and he threw me out of the helicopter and continued on his way.
