2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with explanation)

(i) I want to become FIB leader because I have lots of experience in legal orgs. Currently using a different social account but my previous was (Rehanrana09) I was 22nd Leader of FIB in EN2, During my term i learned many things and earned respect as well, while using my 2nd social now joined EN3 and currently serving as Commander(28) in SAHP. I have learned a lot of things and i am aware of all the rules of this city as well, I got blacklisted in En2 for a reason otherwise the days i spend being the Director was successful and everyone during my term was happy and satisfied.

(ii) The reason i am applying for a Leadership is i saw many people doing favoritism for their friends and family members, but in my term i will make sure that no such thing will take place, everyone will be satisfied and happy as i made my previous agents happy. I will take care of every agent and will take care of crimes within the city as well.

(iii) Knowing that getting leadership of FIB is a huge responsibility but i know i can handle things even at my lowest as i did before, and after getting that much experienced i am confident that my application would be accepted for the Leadership.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.

(i) For an organization to run smoothly communication is very important, i will try to set up a day in a week to communicate with my fellow agents to get advice and to run org smoothly.

(ii) Since legal orgs are responsible for protecting the city, i will make sure that i maintain a good and healthy relationship with other legal orgs, so that we would try to remove crime within the city.

(iii) Being an FIB Director i will try to make a new department of undercover for all legal organisations so that we can gather as much evidences as possible.

(iv) To maintain better role play it is very important to learn basic rules and laws, i will make sure that i hire experienced HR department who will hire and train those who has knowledge about the OOC as well as IC rules.

(v) Being in legal organisations i have seen many people breaking simple city rules, but in my term i will make sure my agents would have enough knowledge to be in FIB.
