2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. The first reason of me applying is that NG means a lot to guy like me as I was new in the city and unaware of all stuff then I joined NG and got to know about so many new things such as. How State organisation works, who are the Leo and other stuff like legislation and with time I got imotionally attached with the National Guard.
2.2. Even from start I love the work of the National Guard and basically army cause I'm a guy who likes to serve not only for the Leo's but for the whole state and with time I saw my Honorary Generals working hard to protect the city and make a good way in the state. They are my inspiration that's the second reason of me applying for a leader
2.3. And the third reason will be that my seniors always wanted to bring a change in the state this thought influenced me so much I want to bring a big and massive change in the state by taking the leadership I'll prove myself among all leaders that I'm capable of all things I'll make sure that I can have maximum Army Officer in the org and we will not give any chance to the gangs to take over us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. Newly Introduced Bonus: Me and my honorable team members will be making a dedicated good bonus System for the Army personnel we will make it more script wise and try to make it perfect. So that personnel will be happy and our budget will be maintained.
3.2. The PR: My personalised Public Relation department will make it more realistic as they will be organising daily event's for the citizen of san andreas and we will distribute a huge amount of prize money daily. In this way economy will be boosted and people will make good relations with the National Guard and build the trust
3.3. Command Usage: I'll make sure that my Army personnel will be using proper RP commands to make it more realistic and they will treat all the civilians equally whether it's a criminal or a normal guy.
3.4. NG Tours: I'll introduce a new system in which whoever wants to see the work of National Guard or else join us they will be giving a tour of our base personaly and will teach them how the NG Works the hard training and other things and it will cost only 15k Dollars which is not that much expensive
