How did the situation arise and what happened?: I had an PC check an my discord started to crash all the time, i tryed my best that it wouldt do it again but it just crashed all the time.

That is my last try, i got banned for cheating x3 1year and 5 months ago, i didnt cheat, i tried to play as fair as possible, i cant do anything if my discord starts to crash, i tried to stop the crashes from happening but it just went on to crash and i didnt have time to have an pc check for 3 hours bc of that. I meet friends on grand rp, i played on grand active for 1 and a half year before my ban i know cvheating is not good, but i didnt cheat, please give me one chance, thanks for reading this appeal.
