Oscar Dingle has been a thug from young, he began by shop lifting and selling illegal narcotics to the locals in San Andreas which was enough for him to get by in the city of Los Santos. He made many intimidating and unlawful companions along the way such as George Greggory and Jamal Quanonious. Months went by and Oscars drug distribution side hustle was paying off, however things took a turn for the worst when Oscar Dingle decided to venture outside of his local area and move to more populated places in the hope of finding high demand for these drugs. Little did Oscar Dingle know that this was where Mafia Boss. Mr Rachimous III based his army of drug distributing companions. He had stepped on the toes of a real gangster and was about to pay the price. Oscar Dingles partners in crime: George Greggory and Jamal Quanonious where executed by the aura of Mr. Rachimous III. This left Oscar Dingle in great disperse and morn for his later life. He took the rational decision and applied to be a law enforcement officer with the hope of bettering his life.
Career Story:
Oscar Dingle found an interest in the state legislation that is held within the state of San Andreas, he turned from violent misconduct to a fair and just man. He wanted nothing but equality for people within the state. After his tremendous success in the Department of Justice within the Government he decided to join the Los Santos Police Department as a District attorney, Oscar Dingle at this point had completely turned his life around for the better. After his term in LSPD as a high command and district attorney, he decided to join the Government once again and lead the department of the United States Secret Service. Despite his successes in the LSPD and GOV, Oscars anger issues and aggression caused by his losses and wrong doing in the past often got the better of him. In some cases, he resorted to violence and brutality, further damaging the police department's reputation. No matter what, he is confident that he will bring true justice to this city in need.
Outcomes:
1) Oscar can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee(FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
2) Oscar can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
3) Oscar can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try command 2 times per situation)
4) Oscar can start Prison breaks (Not random, only with darknet task or USB).
