Hello Draco Opps here and I am submitting this appeal due to the recent changes to the ER 1.7 rule and when i was posted on forum i didnt see it till a couple days after. I have seen that POV is not needed anymore and asking to please consider my appeal to the decision that was made please and thank you.

Dear administration, I would like to see how he moves like that. His movement seems very strange to me. It might be just desync or some type of network connection glitch.. but it just does not seem like the normal speed boost / glitch roll movement. I'd just like to confirm from his perspective...
