1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been active in roleplay for over 3 years and have experienced nearly everything the RP side has to offer. I've been part of various organizations, families, and events, both legal and illegal. Now, I'm ready for a new challenge, to step into a leadership role that allows me to give back to the community. I want to help players have the best possible RP experience, enforce the rules fairly, and make the city an enjoyable and immersive place for everyone.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
1) Former Leader of EMS
2) High Command in all major State Organizations(LSPD, SAHP, etc.)
3) Held roles such as HOD, DHOD, and Commander
5) Roles like Under Deputy and High Command in gangs
3. What are your strengths?
1) I stay calm and focused under pressure
2) Excellent multitasker, even in high-stress situations
3) Experienced in handling player conflicts with fairness and patience
4) Strong communication skills and good judgment
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I overthink situations because I want to make the right decision, but I’m working on staying more confident and trusting my first instincts.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
1) good knowledge of server rules and roleplay standards
2) Leadership experience from state side of RP
3) Fluent in three languages, which helps with resolving issues from diverse players
4) High activity and availability
5) Problem-solving mindset and fair judgment in resolving conflicts
