If granted the opportunity to lead the FIB, my primary goal would be to instill a sense of authenticity and immersive roleplay within the organization. I intend to foster strong collaborative relationships with server administration and other state organization leaders, ensuring the FIB operates in full compliance with established rules and protocols to prevent conflicts and maintain professionalism.
To achieve this, I propose a strategic overhaul of the Bureau’s internal structure—establishing specialized departments with clear roles and responsibilities. This approach will streamline operations and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our agents. Additionally, I will prioritize continuous training programs tailored to both new recruits and experienced personnel to ensure they are fully equipped to handle their respective duties.
My vision includes creating a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes quality roleplay experiences for all community members. I am confident that under this model, the FIB can set a new standard for excellence and realism across the server.

This initiative will help minimize common mistakes—such as unintentional aggression in hostage scenarios or improper conduct during criminal negotiations.
I aim to make the FIB an inclusive organization by providing equal opportunities to both newcomers and experienced players. A transparent and merit-based selection process will ensure that every candidate is evaluated fairly. Following selection, agents will undergo a rigorous induction and ongoing training to maintain our standards of excellence.
Professionalism will be non-negotiable across all ranks. Any deviation from expected conduct will be addressed with appropriate accountability measures. By upholding a culture of discipline, integrity, and continuous improvement, the FIB will serve as a model for all other organizations in the city.
